Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms apply when you use pumadoc.com or the PumaDoc application. By creating an account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

What you get

A subscription to the plan you choose, giving you access to Auto-Create, the Venture Knowledge Site, the generated landing page and — on plans that include it — autonomous outreach. Plan limits are set out on the pricing page and may change on renewal with notice.

Who owns what

You own your content and your outputs. Your idea, your artifacts, your landing page copy, your Knowledge Site and your prospect data are yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and display them in order to provide the service.

We own the platform. The software, models, prompts, templates and brand remain ours. Nothing here transfers them to you.

Outputs generated by AI may not be unique. Similar inputs can produce similar outputs for other customers, and in some jurisdictions AI-generated material may not attract copyright. Check before relying on exclusivity.

Your responsibilities when we send on your behalf

When you connect an outreach account, you instruct us to send messages as you. You are responsible for:

• having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists;
• the accuracy of your sender identity and physical address;
• honouring opt-outs, which our system enforces but you remain accountable for;
• complying with the law where your recipients are, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy, and CASL.

We may cap, pause or terminate sending that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive or damaging to deliverability — yours or other customers'.

Acceptable use

Do not use PumaDoc to build or market anything unlawful; to send messages to purchased lists you have no basis to contact; to impersonate anyone; to generate misleading claims about earnings, health or finance; or to reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

No guarantee of results

PumaDoc is designed around a goal of $10,000 monthly recurring revenue within 30 days. It is a goal and not a promise. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, traffic, replies or meetings. Payment, trials and cancellation

Trials run 14 days and require no card. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are not refunded pro rata unless the law where you are requires it. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability for the application, excluding planned maintenance we announce in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by a third-party service you have connected.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or anticipated savings. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can end the agreement for material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice, or immediately for unlawful use. On termination you keep the right to export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Dutch law governs these terms, and the courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live. ⚠️ Confirm jurisdiction with counsel before publication.
